I'm playing Kat's new game right now, and I've got a question.

Are you just not supposed to fight those giant nevi in the mines in "melee"? I just got the Lunar style, and even with the teleport kick I take damage out of nowhere whenever I as much as get close to the boss. Talking about the nevi with a scythe, dunno if there are other types.

Should I even bother with those until post game? I've got some talisman that just increases health recovered from health gems, and it's pretty much useless.
