It was my favorite in the vanilla game, I love how it feels like a JRPG super boss floating in the void, and how they spawn miles away then book it towards you. They also have really cool unique movesets. I think a lot of people give them a bad rap because they're stressful but that's why it's a successful design.

Did they trade away their humanity to obtain the power of cute waifu girls?

Design is cool, arena is cool - and I enjoy it from a mechanical perspective, putting a DPS race boss in the middle of all the others that are better fought cautiously.

They're probably my favorite of the lord soul bosses. The arena is an interesting gimmick and the fact that the whole fight is basically a soft DPS check makes it both unique and hated by shitters.
