The launch version can run every title and will run every title just fine. I bought it used after the Pro was out for a while. It's not worth spending too much money on these. This is one of the worst console generations of all time.

Slim is less noisy, has less power consumption, is smaller and I think the controller is a newer version. The original one had problems with the sticks rubbing off which was solved with the cuh-1200 already but the cuh-1000 should still have the old controllers.
