I use song names or references to artists

Jack
like Samurai Jack. It's not even his name, he just comes out of a portal and people start calling him that.
It doesn't matter what my dudes are really named because Jack is what stuck.

I usually name my characters after food. Occasionally, if I have to name an entire party, I'll give them all names that follow a different theme instead, like musical instruments or colors.

I call my character my real name, because I'm an unoriginal loser.

Whatever I come up with, usually takes a minute tops.
It's just a fucking game, nobody cares about your character's name.

I remember naming the estate on darkest dungeon "fuck my virgin household". Couldn't be any more accurate.

If the character has a canon name I go for that, if not I just put my real name.
