I only read negative reviews when I'm on the fence about buying a game because they are the only ones that are at least somewhat genuine. Positive reviews, especially 10/10 GREATEST GAME EVER BUY IT NOW!!! garbage, are usually written by fanboys or paid shills and always overlook legitimate flaws in the game in favor of sucking the games/devs cock. They read more like disguised advertisements than they do actual reviews. With negative reviews you can at least can see what people bitch about and see if any of that shit matters to you or not. There are plenty of games I bought only after reading negatives reviews because the complaints people had with it didn't matter at all to me.
