Disagaea 5, Fairy Fencer F and Tales of Berseria I play a lot on remote play. FFXV, World of FF and Kingdom Hearts are good too.

It's a shame they don't let you connect a DS4 to the Vita because I would buy a phone cradle for the controller and play in bed.
