Is there any video game where you can specify a barrel length, propellant strength, bullet size/shape, magazine size, etc for a gun and its recoil, rate of fire, damage, muzzle velocity, etc are procedurally generated based on all that? Obviously with a limit on how heavy something can be and how high its recoil can go.

The sole reason I want it is to see what people would call the shitty minmaxed guns. Like a gun with a nearly no barrel, but has a shitload of propellant, huge fucking bullets, and sits at the recoil limit.
