videogames aren't fun anymore... I can't really find it in myself to give a fuck what happens to any of the characters. Odd, because it used to be so easy to absorb myself in a story. I loved racing to the end.

The sequel coming out in two months broke a decade plus long streak I had - from 2006 to 2017 I hadn't felt hyped for a single game's release.
Of course, once it comes out, it's back to retro goodness like SMAC because there's nothing else I want on the market.
