Horde are pretty much ruined because of the fanbase and bias up top, both for Thrall(Not for horde, just Thrall and Orcs) and Alliance. The Former is so Balant in Legion its just stupid.

Dont get me wrong, it was stupid in WoD as well with the dicksucking of Thrall and the Orcs again, ignoring everything else. Legion at least had potential, but nope. Horde gets fucked in the ass raw and constantly shown to be pussies and led by an comically evil bitch for some reason. Even the cleary tauren zone got de-Hordified storywise because Allies were bitches and complained, even though Tyrande and Malfurion are basically the story for one of the other zones. Even the main heroes of Legion are alliance race people who are not aligned with the Alliance.

The sad thing is, literally everything thats gone wrong in Azeroth basically boils down to Draenei being Burning Legion leaders, Night Elves being hypocritical idiots, and Human's being callous faggots. Gnomes are an afterthought and Worgen are humans who shut themselves out and got fucked. Dwarves are the only decent race allies have.

Then you have Orc's being fucking raging pussies, the brown ones being worse about that. Undead legit being evil and proving why everyone hates them. A bit of a tangent but it seems like Warcrimes was written by two completely different people. Either that or the writer had something in mind but Draenor still had to happen.
On one side you have the dialogue between Cairne and Baine and ultimately Baine taking Garrosh's side. A moment that is very well written and that advances Baine's character. But than Garrosh gets teleported away because WoD needed to happen.
You've got the reunion between the Windrunners which was an interesting concept if done well. But than they leave and never speak of it again because the game still needs to have conflict.
You've got the four celestials that want to give Garrosh a fair trial and show people the reason why he did this. But than Draenor happens and he turns into a saturday morning cartoon villain and gets killed in a Mak'gora where Thrall completely ignores the rules.

Christie Golden has shown to be the sole person that actually gives a fuck enough to write about Baine, and she does a good job. She understands that he has great potential in being such an interesting character, but the actual WoW writers completely ignore all of this and simply write him out of the story altogether. It's just so fucking lazy, and it pisses me off so fucking much. The Illidan/Legion story has been so incredibly fucking boring too, so it's really difficult to take your mind off of shit like that. It's just such a fucking waste of a character that is essentially a blank slate.
