Fucking no. Wrathion is a black dragon, and has only had dealings in shady stuff. He's a conman with zero redeeming qualities, and gets pissy when things don't go his way (Evident from Pandaria Legendary Cloak quest). He's clearly a criminal waiting for his time to shine, and he's very likely going to pull an Onyxia move by tricking a leader into doing stupid shit. Why do people think he's so close to Anduin? Because he played a game of chess? As far as I'm aware, two opposing ideals in a game of chess while talking about war isn't a homo thing.
