You have way too many requirements, if you want to play a MMO you can't be picky. You can count the number of active and relevant MMO's on one hand

If you played it, you would know what I'm talking about. In order to compete and alleviate some of the grind, you need to buy pets, value packs and other cash shop items. There's next to 0 cosmetics outside of the character creator and the few outfits on the cash shop are outrageously expensive (~$30 per outfit).

Without the value pack you literally make 20% less off market transactions. The p2w doesn't punch you in the face, but it's there.
