The last game which came with a sick manual was probably MGS4 honestly, go check your game cases, it was pretty lit. Outside of limited or collector's editions which comes with art books and shit, we don't get this kind of stuff anymore because so many people buy digital it's not worth their time. Then again, I wouldn't really know if it's making a comeback or not because I buy digital a lot too. I only really get physical for my PS4 games and yeah the manuals are shit.
