I went through the 3 first chapter of the first Witcher but I fucked up a quest and my autism can't allow me to continue the game with my quest log clogged with shit I can't finish

How will choice will carry over in the second game? Will they be randomised if I don't import a finished save? (like who I romanced or if I spared Adda)
