Invisible Inc. is a solid ride. There isn't quite enough depth to last years or anything, but it's a solid challenge and worth a good number of playthroughs, and works well on the iPad if you don't have it already.

Look at CAVE stuff too, some of their older shmups are still a lot of fun, work better with touch then they have any right too. Also if you have a compatible physical controller Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. Don't play mhfu without physical controls even though it is an option.
