Yes and no. Obviously buyer beware when buying used, but the new ones are still expensive. A 250 GB PS3 is still $220 which is almost the price of a 500GB PS4 bundle. While Xbox 360 E units usually only have the 12GB Peggle bundle available instead of the more spacious 250GB CoD bundle.
Also don't bother with the Wii unless you plan on playing Gamecube games when the Wii U is cheap now too and plays all its games
