Any shield you are comfortable parrying with
Hornet Ring, Ring of Favour +3, Prisoners Chain, Chloranthy +3

Incredibly boring but the LKSS is arguably the best weapon in the game for inavsions. The Chaos Dagger will one shot 9/10 phantoms. Personally I enjoyed the Ringed City Swamp when I invaded. Hot swap the Obscuring ring to stay hidden and ambush phantoms when they engage mobs, hit and run style.

Yeah it's cancer. In the other games you had a bit of leeway with invading because it wasn't so lopsided. Since the odds are so stacked against the invader you have to resort to cancer to have a chance of winning 1v3s.
