Speedrunning is an autistic pastime.
Think about it: Repeating a task (that was originally designed to entertain!) over and over just to shave milliseconds off a pointless world record.
It's not like sporting world records. Having a WR in, for the sake of example, sprinting 100m means you're superhuman and have earned it by making yourself into a superhuman.
Africans are naturally good at it but they also train like crazy to get to the peak.
Repetition of game tasks only leads to insanity. Just look at Cosmo.

not really. Most are pretty chill dudes that just get really in to certain games. Get over yourself and stop cherry picking
