RPCS3 is in the equivalent of pre pre alpha. Only 9% of the games are actually playable to any enjoyable level. NINE PERCENT. It's going to be years (if people keep working on it) until we even get to 25% playable. It's so shittily optimized at this point that people with monster i7 PC's are still getting FPS drops in many areas of Persona 5. Now that's not to say that RPCS3 is bad, it's amazing work they've done, but honestly they should not have advertised it yet as being able to play games at all. It's buggy as hell and the games that it does play more or less at an acceptable frame rate still get crashes and weird bugs and other bad shit.

I just beat P5 yesterday on PS4 and I'm glad emulation is advancing so quickly on it compared to typical emulation progress. I'll never understand the people who act like this is a bad thing or act like it's pointless because it's not perfect. More people get to experience a great game and eventually the performance will smooth out, and I'm glad that the barrier for playing the game has been reduced to bearing with bugs and low FPS so more people can enjoy it. In the case a PC port doesn't happen, I'm glad emulation will be there when all the PS3s and PS4s eventually die out

Don't be fucking retarded. It's not worth it in it's current state. Emulation is great when it can accurately emulate an entire game, and even better when it can run the games better than the consoles with added benefits. PCSX2 for example is a great emulator but this is nowhere near that yet. Even with top of the line CPU you will always be playing an inferior version of the game until there's an actual pc port or PS4 emulator.
