I honestly don't know. I think Gohan is a lot stronger than Cloud, despite the crazy feats you see in FFVII and AC.

Gohan at the end of the Cell Saga was strong enough to destroy the entire Solar System. Cloud is very strong, but not that strong. Cloud us planet buster at best.

Well, memes aside. Ultimate Gohan is a Galaxy buster, and the 3rd strongest character in DBZ, behind Vegito and Buuhan, both of whom are fusion characters.

I think there are very few characters in vidya who could even pose a challenge to him.
