Silent Hill Homecoming is probably the worst game I've ever played. It's a strong mix of shit graphics, shit performance, shit aesthetics, shit gameplay, shit plot, shit combat, numerous glitches, massively misinterpreting source material, western casualisation and all around failed expectations. Yamaoka's music was the only non-shit part.

Thomas Was Alone is also an aggravating piece of shit, but at least it's indie garbage that nobody expects anything from. A guy with whom I was friends way back in school and who became a turbohipster recommended it once to me. I should've known better.

R.B.I. Baseball 2017. I uninstalled it in seconds. Instead of throwing to individual bases by pressing their respective button positions, you have to use X to throw, and hope that you are able to pick the right base with the analog stick.

Instead of precision pitching, you move the pitcher from left to right on the mound, and throw a fast ball.

Probably 7 Sins. The conversation system is actually pretty interesting and it is pretty sexy, but it's chock full of absolutely shitty mini-games that take forever to load to and from. Missions get more difficult by removing stress relievers which forces you to make a lot of change of locations to play more shitty mini-games or risk starting the whole level over. Also your character looks like a horrible Charlie Sheen wax figure without any facial animation and all the sound effects/music are terrible.

Probably Iron Man for the wii

Resident Evil 5, not because it was terrible but because it was the worst kind of mediocre. It's the only time I can think of where I was actually relieved to see the end credits because it was finally over. At least a bad game makes some kind of impression on me or can be pitied/laughed at over its awfulness but RE5 was mediocrity incarnate, I felt nothing but boredom and tedium while playing it. I couldn't even make fun of it.

Honestly I go out of my way to avoid playing truly bad games, so the worst games I've played would still be good in the grand scheme of things. The exception would probably be Frogger: The Great Quest. One of the first games I owned on the PS2. I honestly don't remember much about it, but looking back it was a rather ugly and bizarre game. Even on the easiest difficulty, enemies do a ton of damage and can see you from a quarter of the way across whatever district you're in and will be on your ass before you can say "How the fuck can you see me?"
