2DS XL pre ordered and it's my first handheld since psp.

Question is do I grab MH4U or MHG ?

some of my the best memories were on MHF2 back in the day so some pros and cons will help as I don't wanna despise the series before MHW next year.

You don't need to grab either. I believe the 2ds XL comes on hackable firmware. Real answer is whatever you want. MH4U has a better story and plays at 60fps. Generations plays much quicker and has little/no story stuff. If you do hack you can get MHXX and a translation patch for important text like menus items and hunts. MHXX is the better game followed by MH4U if you want what I think. Generations is pretty much XX with less stuff.
