You almost never fight Matador on equal ground, you'll always be 1 or 2 levels below him in agility. Your best buff is Sukukaja since he has no way to deal with it. Fog Breath is alright for a temporary debuff but he will Dekunda-> Red Capote back to max. Rakukaja is also useful when he starts taunting you.

This guy is the original casual filter. This guy is STILL legendary for being a prick. And he's fucking awesome. I still have Stockholm Syndrome over this guy.

I beat this guy without buffs on second try. It was a bloodbath. Ingesting the resist force (or was it elec?) magatama helped.

Just wailed on him. Eventually it came down to just Demifiend and him trading blows, it was great.

On my first playthrough and this guy fucked me up WAY more then matador. The fact you do 1/2 physical damage, he drains mp, can give himself four turns, and comes with instant death spells fucked me up for a while. Matador was tough but this guy I beat really by pure luck.

Also I have to ask, I beat daisoujou and the hell biker and do I keep candelbrum or is there someone I place them like the first one? I explored the first kalpa and didn't find an alter.
