God Eater 2 comes packaged with Resurrection, a revamp of the first game with the weapons added to 2, but Devour Styles instead of Blood Arts. The combat is a bit different as a result, and honestly, you might be sad to lose Devour Styles in the second game when you play it.

I greatly enjoyed both.

It's a faster Monster Hunter without many I-frames.
If you like dashing around as an anime QT, and hitting large monsters, you'll like it. There's even a rocket-propelled hammer. Plus you're getting over 200 hours of content for 20 bucks.

Not right now, sorry. What I was referring to was an issue with lobbies with more than 2 people getting stuck in eternal loading screens after finishing a mission (but before saving the stuff gained) which basically meant you didn't make any progress whenever it happened (which was about 80% of the time for me)

I found it pretty boring, DESU. The combat is overly simplistic and is incredibly easy to break.

The music was pretty good but it never really does anything else aside from the EEEEEYYYAAAAHH vocal tracks.

That's a problem my own group ran into when we started it a week ago. It seems like we fixed it by having the host go through the results screen before everyone else at the end of each mission. Although that is in Resurrection, I don't know about GE2.
