I only did it twice in games where I could choose the sex of a character. One was Skyrim, because porn mods. Another one was of course Mass Effect, and that's because I wanted to play as a guy, but when I saw him and realized I would watch his ass and his generally boyish figure in a gay ass tight suit for the whole game, I figured it's better if I switch to female character (also, lesbian sex, but that I discovered later, and scenes were disappoint tbqh familial).
