I disagree. Reviewers should fully complete a game's main story if it has one, as well as a significant (>40%) of the side content. In the case of multiplayer, the reviewer should spend enough time trying every mode to fully understand each one, and time wise should spend the same amount of time it would take to complete the average single player game.

A full 100% is too much of a time commitment with many games, and doesn't make sense as a metric for multiplayer heavy titles.
