As far as NPD data for US goes, we only know a few facts.

In March, Switch sold the most with over 900,000 units. It's unknown how much more it sold than PS4.

In April, the top selling console was the Switch with over 280,000 units, and the second highest selling was the NES Classic. Again, unknown how much both outsold the PS4 by.

In May, the highest selling was the PS4, with Switch in second. Unknown how either sold or how big the difference was.

For all three months, the Switch was selling out on all of its shipments. For June, there's no data yet. None of this data is enough to make a precise chart of sales, especially with there being no numbers for May.

Wii did very well in Japan, PS4 had a very slow start in Japan, that's the differentiating factor. Break them down by region, and the PS4 is doing much better than Wii did everything but Japan. The nip market will ultimately be very weak for PS4, but I still reckon it can rack up over 13 million sales there after MonHun and all the upcoming nip games. It's neck to neck with Switch in nipland, and sales are finally picking up for it there. So that's something to take into account.
