Former gaming journalist here.
It's more corrupt than you guys even realize. I got fired for trying to speak up against it and suggesting that we go legit and start siding with the gamers instead of being industry stooges. After that no one would return my e-mails. The entire professional and all the related website are just 100% crooked.
I gotta eat though, so I'm not posting anything else in this thread.

No. As long as its filled with aging hobbyists who failed to do something meaningful with their college degrees, video game journalism will always be a joke.
