I'm not joking. I starting at 4key. I'm a beast at 4key, but can't play the easiest songs on 6keys. It's all muscle memory. Get used to 6key and the rest will be easy.

This. But I got gud at 7k eventually. Just start at REALLY slow songs on 7K and eventually work your way up. You won't be able to play your favorite 4K songs at 7K from the get go just because you know them.

In my experience its best to start on faster speeds asap regardless of key type.
You gotta train your eyes early to see those notes coming.

Obviously not sonic speeds at first though but just a lil faster every day.
