Never played Toy Story 2, but the other games you listed were absolutely better than Crash.

I 100%d Crash 1 and it wasn't bad at all, even with the new physics and hitboxes, and these games still held up great, everyone bitching about them being too hard is a little fag

I don't have the autism for relics though, I felt accomplished enough just getting all the colored gems, I'm not even going to try getting platinum times on High Road and Fumbling in the Dark and all that bullshit

Spyro and Crash are equal, Only the first Gex was good at all, never played Toy Story, Croc was fucking terrible, and I say that as someone who loves the game, Glover was shit, and Klonoa 2 destroyed the first one, Klonoa 1 is forgettable.

The crash defenders are just sony fan bois defending "muh exclusives". I fell for the bloodborne meme too because of the hype here. I was expecting a souls tier experience, but was sorely dissappointed, as the game was really short, the color palette was an ugly mix of red, dark purple and black, and there were literally ten weapons.
