Tell me why you like these games:
>Terraria
>Don't Starve
>Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen
I'm not here to judge, I'm just curious. Maybe I lost something and that's why I think these games are bad.

>Terraria
Really enjoyable late-end game with fast movement and different builds. Blast with friends
>Don't Starve
An actual challenge filled with unique mechanics a fun and interesting art style
>Dragon's Dogma
Granted I like this one less than the other 2, but I found it's combat system enjoyable and rewarding and loved the bit of Shadow the Colossus type climbing in it.
>terraria
>starts with slowly chopping trees and blocks
>crazier than devil may cry by the end
I've had DD for months and still haven't played it. I started it up and got my first pawn or someshit then stopped. Will I still enjoy it after playing The Witcher 3? I've heard it's a good game but can it compare to the best game ever made, aka TW3?

>crazier than devil may cry by the end
Care to explain?

>terraria
don't really like it
>don't starve
eh good for a bit
enjoyed for the main reason one would enjoy a survival: discover new things, get surprised by weird mechanics and monsters, but then after a bit you get it figured out and it becomes repetitive
>dragon's dogma
fuckin love it
>climb big af monsters
>hit different body parts strategically, enemies react
hit a cyclop in the eye and he's blind and enraged, or hit him on the hand and he drops his weapon
>elemental attacks add to the strategy
cut off a hidra's head and he grows another one back, unless you attack the cut neck with fire, which slows the regeneration
>cool abilities
>pawns are cool
>grigori
>daimon
lots of wasted potential and yet it's still cool as fuck
When did /v/ start hating Dragon's Dogma again?

The game lacks something and I can't explain what it is.

The only game that i found enjoyable there is Terraria.
Both Don't Starve and DD are bland games, imo
