What was the most fun you've ever had with fighting a boss?

Personally for me it was the fucking chaos fest that was SKG. It didn't feel hard but it was just something about trading blows with this monster of a man with his crazy ass combos and my sword flips of my weapon art made the whole fight cinematic as hell which i loved so much
