Mostly that and the story taking a nose dive when the lead writer for 1 and 2 left, resulting in BRACK MONDAY, BEAUTIFUL EYES, etc. The orphanage sections drag on a bit too.

Aside from that, the gameplay itself is improved and fighting is a lot better. That's all that matters. OST is still 10/10 too.
