That all comes to a screeching halt the moment you go ultimate vault hunter mode though, where everything is an unreasonable bulletsponge that requires a slag combo to kill, something only 2 characters can consistently pull off on a dime

I personally hated it and couldn't stand it on the vita. Good game, but it ran like shit in my opinion. It really is a bad representation of the vita's true capabilities.

Vita's shitty alpha rendering combined with BL2's red screen damage means lower framerates at lower health

It's a fun game but the Vita version is pretty rough.
It's pretty much 20ish fps with framedrops from there and choppy all around but if that's okay with you then you got portable loot 'n shoot.
Gyro aiming is pretty neat. I heard Zero has an issue with using his overdrive or whatever that thing is called where it makes enemies invisible. It's never getting another patch so he'll never be fixed.
