KAT isn't dead.
TBP isnt either.

Just use a vpn.
>"Excuse me, just 'pirating' this wine! What? I am stealing? No! I will simply buy another bottle after drinking this one if I enjoy it!"

>Heard a lot of good things about factorio
>Pirated it, played it for a bit, decided I didn't like it. Deleted it.
>Heard a lot of good things about Stardew Valley
>Pirated it, played it, loved it
>Deleted the pirated version immediately and bought it on steam for full price
>Now one of my favorite games ever, and up there on my most-played on steam
I don't mind piracy if the developer themselves is localizing their games, but if a third party has to license the rights to publish the game and localize it themselves, then piracy is fucking cancer.

Doesn't matter if you bought them later. You stole them at first. Stealing is a crime. How would you like it if you were selling beef, and somebody stole that beef, he ate a quarter of it, and paid less than you normally charge.
