Where should i go to find Factorio blueprints and general guides? I want to maximize my assembly layouts, specifically off my main bus.

Also, when should I start clearing and building my final main bus? Is it after I manage to get all the tech/products I need to take and hold expansions (i.e. trains, flame towers, long range power etc.) or is it earlier than that?
