Who knows. But we know Venom joins up with Big Boss, and we know Miller hated Big Boss. It seems likely that, at some point, Venom and Miller parted ways.

The only thing I know for real is that Huey is innocent and that almost all the crimes he was accused of were most likely committed by Kaz, as this line by code talker proves all too well.
