Smallish playerbase on PC but even in offpeak you won't wait more than a minute or so for games. Memetrition is always going to be the most populated after that it's pilot v pilot.

The game doesn't give a flying fuck about skill levels,ranks or randoms vs premades when matchmaking so you will get paired against people who have played this constantly since launch and pretty frequently at that so git gud.

Its not bud. I play everyday too. I see it at 10k almost every night when I get up for work. Sometimes less 9 or 8. But it's never below 6 and I never wait for than 30 secs. For a game. I don't want to give anyone the impression the game is exploding with players. But it's not dead. Not yet anyway. If anything it's been growing.
