Adlo Crits are still who cares because it's not something you can rely on, and the MP costs mean you can't even fish for crits anymore.

Nocturnal Benefic can crit too, and it still benefits from the x2.5 multiplier. The problem is Aspected Benefic is that it's trying to compete with both Regen and Adloquium. It inherits the instant cast property of Regen and the mana inefficiency of Adlo.
In Diurnal it's roughly the same mana efficiency as normal Benefic (Regen is super mana efficient) while in Nocturnal it's basically Adlo but better.

In a decent progression party people will stack for deploys and the sch is fish for crits and cd well. Most sch don't even have Thier pets on obey and these are the people that complain the lowdest. We did, we lost our only aoe, we lost a dot that equalled damage of a broil. Never been true with how fights are designed.

Good thing that was never its job to begin with. The reason SCH rarely adlo'd or physick'd for matter in 3.x was because per gcd, they were by far the worst healer except for the rare occasions that shielding was necessary. On the flip side they are still the best healer for burst recovery and the most instants and most o-gcd heals. WHM/AST are both loaded when it comes to healing abilities, SCH rarely has to actually help healing. Midas/Gordias was really the only time that happened. With Omega looking to be a half-step above Creator, the speedrun meta will continue to be SCH/AST. WHM has become a definite viable option but WHM/AST leaks gcds like no tommorow.

You don't have to use 3 sen combos constantly, although practically speaking I don't know if you could gain that much from a slashing debuff bitch. It's a relatively complicated thing based on how Hagakure and Meikyo timers line up.

I've also played AST but the "draw nothing but spire/ewer/spear" really gets on my fucking nerves even with spread and the lady cards added.
