I would personally get a new CPU first as it will help your computer across the board while a new GPU will only help you in vidya and other graphic intensive tasks like rendering.

Get a gtx 1060 3gbcard your processor is just good enough it doesnt NEED to be replaced. Dont get a 6gb theyre overpriced
