In new Vegas? Dead money is by far the best imo but the other ones arent bad.

Honest hearts has a meh story but the exploration is great

Dead money is my favorite, but you'll see /v/ fight over which is the best all the time. Old world blues would be a great contender for first if you didn't have to fight an army of fucking robot bugs every 2 feet.

There are people that not only dislike Dead Money out there, there are people that downright hate it.
I will never understand how someone could have such shit taste, it honestly bothers me in the case of Dead Money. I don't get assmad even if people say my favorite games are trash. But man Dead Money just hits every right spot for me and more.
I don't care about artistic value in games much, but if someone were to hold a gun to my head and ask for an example of art in video games I'd pick Dead Money above mostly everything I've played.

What exactly was the Cloud? It originated in Big MT like most of the tech in the madre, but what was its original purpose? Or was it a byproduct of some other device and grew on its own over the years?

Dead money was my least favorite dlc in that game. It wasn't bad. But it wasn't super amazing. Just hard and that's about it.
Gun runners- is worth the price, 5$ I think. Adds a shit ton of guns and some sidequest. 7/10
Honest hearts- unlike anon, I thought the story was really cool. The area to explore is really cool as well. New weapons armor and pretty big world space to go around in. 8/10
Old world blues- if you like story GET THIS ONE. It has the best story. New player home with hilarious npcs and even better dialogue options. New armor and weapons super sci-fi if you are into that shit. Map to explore is dull so it looses points there. Enemies also bland except the main villain. But the story is fucking great. 8.5/10
Lonesome road- is super fun to play and explore the world space. Difficult. New weapons and cool new armor aswell as a sleeping bag that makes survival a lot better. Story is pretty good but a little hard to follow. Cool ass companion. 7.5/10
Preorder bonuses- adds no real content only some low level guns and armor. Canteen is a cool feature. Cheap. 6/10

Dead money would be my favourite DLC of all time if that faggot ghoul wouldn't force you to suck his dick in order to get the best ending.

Regarding New Vegas DLC, only thing people will agree on is that Honest Hearts has a weak story but solid exploration. Everything else is up for debate.
My list goes Dead Money > Lonesome Road > Honest Hearts > Old World Blues but someone will disagree with me for sure.
