most scenes don't take that into account. Taking the immense amount of variables of your character into account is a nightmare. I feel like the number of transformations should be more limited but they should matter more.

You basically have to hope that the guy that wrote the scene you're reading was into your fetish, otherwise it's basically not going to make any difference. None of the writing is automated in this sense, so if you were to write a scene that actually responds to all possible body shapes you could have, the sheer number of words would easily be dozens of times bigger.

Lilith's Trone has made sex into a bit of a minigame. The writing is obviously not as good as CoC can get due to the automation, but because of said automation it always takes your specific character into account, and(as far as I can presume) expanding the system to future additions will always be retroactive and relatively simple.

If you were to add a new type of penis and wanted to edit previous scenes to account for it in CoC, for example, you'd literally have to ctrl+f through all the files in the game searching for any lines of code that check for the player character's penis, and then make an addition. Fucking awful stuff.
