I don't know why they're bothering with it. It goes against their workflow of Warframe being quick to iterate and build assets for. It's why all the environments thus far have been randomly LEGO'd together tiles of land.

Now we're going to have this static chunk of land that probably took the time of three environments to build and won't see more land of for quite some time.

Most players you ever see together are 8 and that's only the raid. Normally its 4 man groups. That's against the AI. PvP is 10 or 12 players iirc. Relays can have 20 or 30 people but they're just fucking about and not shooting anything.
