Go play Medivia, some servers are still pretty lively.

You could also try some of Tibia's new servers, which still have plenty of players too. They're planning on launching retro hardcore pvp servers by august, these should stay alive for a while.

I LOVED OSRS grinding up to 2.2k total lvl with a quest cape. I want to find something new that has the same kind of grinding scheme.

Well for pure grinding there's WoW, RS3/OSRS, Maplestory (not sure how the community is nowadays), FFXI, and I think something was going on with Ragnarok Online.

That's not going to happen , first of all because you're not a kid anymore and you know your shit , any game will feel dull and boring . and secondly , MMORPG is dead and it will never comeback.
