Every character in the game except Anakaris has a command grab, but generally they are more useful for mixups than real damage.
Sasquatch and Lord Raptor/Zabel are the best characters, with Sas being easier to use but slightly worse if both sides know what they are compared to the zombie's unblockable j.lk he can set up after a hard knockdown like his ES Guard Cancel and crazy movement.
