As far as horror there is Fatal Frame and some people say ZombiU is good but I couldn't get into it, and as far as RPGs there's Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE which is a fun SMT/Persona style RPG where the combat is inspired by SMT/Persona and the progression based on Fire Emblem's
