Hes a super strong dive hero and the meta right now is 100% dive. Any hero that could counter him like Roadhog or Mei fucking cant because he has 250 HP, can easily knock them away, and gets shields by using abilities so its even harder for them to kill him

His left click can 2-3 shot all 200 hp heros extremely fast, doesnt need to be reloaded, and recharges super fast. All of his abilities combo into each other and his mobility allows him to appear from basically anywhere.
