I don't mind FFXV's combat. It's not great, but I never found it to be annoying.

I think the "atmosphere" in Demon's Souls only covers Latria and parts of Boletaria. The rest of the areas are pretty forgettable. I also rank DeS second to last, personally. SotFS is egregious, but DeS is boring.

I consider FFX to be my favorite. 9 is very close behind.

I used to speedrun RE4 like an autist. Best time was like two hours & seven minutes of something. I'd have to boot it up to check.

I don't hate MGSV. It's disappointed that we got it in the state it was in, but in general I feel it plays better than pretty much every MGS game. MGS4 is super close behind it, but I still give it to MGSV because I can actually play the fucking game instead of being teased by interesting mechanics for 10 minutes and then watching cutscenes for 2 hours.

I don't hate Nioh either. The only gripe I really have with it apart from the lack of enemy variety is that it's level-based rather than each continent being explorable maps. That kinda kills the replayability for me.

DMC4 is my favorite, and I don't feel bad about it.
