first time playing Max Payne on PC.
I've heard it's got a great modding community, but after a quick google search most the links 404'd.
is Max Payne still cool?

Search for Kung fu mod.

Max Payne is timeless.

Also this but play it vanilla (with sound fix) first time, the gameplay still holds up really well.
kung fu mod I heard about but it never sounded too interesting to me
I'd rather just have like a physical combat generic mod, where I could use human shields, and different mobility acrobatics.
Yeah, play both sequels too. Also get the widescreen fix.

>and different mobility acrobatics.
That's quite literally kung fu mod right there.
The mod is so good Remedy put a reference of it into Max Payne 2.

Is this nigger serious?

maybe I should do it.
does it interfere much with the core gameplay, or could I effectively ignore it while active if I wanted?

Quantum Break blows, Sam
max payne has always been cool
>>382925283
played it for the first time last week with no mods other than a fix for the cutscene sounds and it's still fucking fun
the only thing I'd say hinder the experience are these sort of tightrope walking parts, you'll see

Moddb.com is the place where all mods worth jack shit go to these days.
You don''t need mods for first time. Mods in early 00s mostly mean total-overhauls, or even Total Conversions.
