I can't say what company, but it's a company making mobile games. They already have 2 relatively successful games released and I'm in the team making a third one.

I'm a programmer, working with UI and economy. Haven't done much yet though since I've only been here for a day.

I found a notice that they were hiring and sent my CV. Without waiting for a reply I waltzed into their office and they interviewed me on the spot.

Why would a programmer need design skills or imagination? That's for the game designers and artists to handle.
And yeah, if you have no experience by the age of 30, you probably won't get hired.
