Also beat Persona 4 pirated for the PS2 and bought Golden later, if that counts.

I've actually bought a bunch of games after pirating them. If I really like a game I'll make sure I buy it. If I play it a couple hours then give up I don't bother. I still end up blind-buying a bunch of games during the steam sale too.
